GRANT JONES
PhD
Dr. Grant Jones is a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Missouri and a University professor. Dr. Jones began his practice in 1989., and in that time he has helped hundreds of individuals, couples, and families find healing, hope, and health as they overcame obstacles to their well-being. His areas of expertise include dissociative disorders, complex trauma, PTSD and depression. He sees clients in his office setting and when appropriate, provides services over the phone or via Skype. All three are great ways to meet the needs of those seeking help in finding therapeutic solutions to their problems. In addition, if requested, he offers counseling services from a faith-based perspective and specializes in the integration of religious/spiritual issues and the treatment of mental health issues.
*Dr. Grant is not currently taking on new clients due to retiring at the end of December, 2025.

JACEY COLLINS
MA, LPC, NCC
Jacey Collins is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri and is endorsed by the National Board for Certified Counselors. She received her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College and BA in Psychology from Southwest Baptist University. She has worked extensively with children in the foster care system, dealing with issues of attachment, abuse, and behavior. Jacey is passionate about helping others navigate the socio-emotional effects of chronic illness, grief/bereavement, and major life transitions. Her hope is that clients will find the strength to move forward into abundant and joy-filled lives. Jacey provides services in-person or through telehealth.

Sue Brown
MS, LPC
To be effective, good therapy must be a ‘good fit.’ Therapy is a collaborative process between you and your therapist and Sue is invested in creating a welcoming space where clients can find their way towards living a better, happier, and more fulfilling life. Regardless of gender, sexuality, spirituality, race, or ethnicity, all are welcome. Sue views therapy as an opportunity to learn to live more skillfully while also tapping into your innate knowing with the help of a trusted confidant. Sue started her practice in 1994 after graduating from MSU with a master’s in clinical psychology. As a licensed professional counselor, she’s spent her career working in healthcare, affording her a wide range of experience. Areas of therapeutic focus include: depression/anxiety; adjustment issues that can accompany health challenges/chronic disease management; traumatic life events/ loss; life transitions; stress management/healthy coping; changing habits/changing course.

BETH DARDENNE
MS, LPC
Beth Dardenne is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Missouri. Beth earned her BS in Elementary Education from College of the Ozarks and her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Evangel University. Beth has experience in counseling children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples counseling. Beth's areas of expertise include the following: trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depressive disorders, basic play therapy, family therapy, grief counseling, family therapy, and premarital and marriage counseling. Beth uses CBT, Tenets of TF-CBT, and a combination of other therapeutic methods to meet each client's specific needs.
Beth is very passionate about helping her clients become intentional with their emotions and mental health needs to become more capable of living their best life independently and with enthusiasm. If requested Beth will include a faith-based perspective and will integrate other mental health modalities. Beth sees clients in her office setting and when appropriate, provides services over the phone

STEVE MEAMBER
MS, LPC
Steve earned his Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. Steve is trained in EMDR, an evidence-based approach to treating trauma and a variety of other mental health concerns and symptoms.
He is also trained in the curriculum of Saving Your Marriage before It Starts (SYMBIS). This includes a thorough assessment, report, and session(s) with the therapist that addresses compatibility, relational strengths, and potential red flags in relationships. It can be used for both seriously dating and already married couples.
Steve’s areas of practice also include treating simple and complex trauma, symptoms of anxiety, autism, loss, major life changes, PTSD, depressive disorders, and marital/relationship distress. Steve uses a variety of interventions and counseling approaches and adjusts them to meet the needs of individual clients. Steve looks at his role as bringing a caring heart to come alongside in assisting people who are seeking help in their struggles and desires to grow and change. He sees clients in his office setting and is available for Telehealth video sessions when appropriate. He works with a wide variety of ages and backgrounds.

Dr. Melody Palm
Psy.D, LP
Dr. Melody Palm holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and a Doctorate in Psychology. Along with her work at Gateway Counseling she's a full- time faculty member at Evangel University in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She has been teaching graduate counseling classes since 1997. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and a registered psychological health service provider. Dr. Palm is member of the American Counseling Association, Association for Counselor Education and Supervision, and Association for Spiritual, Ethical, and Religious Values in Counseling. She is a board member for Project Rescue Foundation and speaks internationally on the subjects on sexual abuse, human trafficking, and gender identity issues. She is a published author of numerous articles and book chapters. Her areas of interest in counseling include integration of faith and praxis, trauma informed treatment, and Marriage and Family Counseling.

MAGDA ROMMAN
MA, LPC, NCC
Magda Romman is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Missouri, and is endorsed by the National Board for Certified Counselors. She received her MA in Counseling, from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Magda brings with her the unique experience of having worked as a physician, for World Vision International, in Rwanda, Central Africa, where she has ministered to those affected by psychological and physical trauma associated with the genocide which took place in that country. She has experience in working with individuals in crisis, and with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Magda’s goal is to provide a safe space for her clients, where they are able to speak freely, and where they can receive and experience the support they need on their journey.
Her areas of interest include grief counseling, trauma and PTSD, relationship difficulties, and counseling with individuals who are trying to cope with a terminal diagnosis. Magda provides services through an in-person visit at the office, and through Telehealth video sessions, when appropriate. She works mostly with adults.

Austin Kelbaugh
MS, LPC
Austin Kelbaugh is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri, dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion and clinical expertise. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Studies from College of the Ozarks in 2018, followed by a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Missouri State University in 2022.
Austin has a passion for working with adolescents, college students, and young adults, while also welcoming clients of all ages and backgrounds. His integrative therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, allowing him to tailor sessions to each client's unique goals and needs.
His areas of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, interpersonal issues, emotional exploration, and psychoeducation. Austin strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can gain insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
Upon request, Austin can include a faith-based perspective, supported by Biblical teachings, alongside other therapeutic modalities to assist providing the most holistic therapeutic experience for the client.
